Knitting 101 - Oct 12th, 19th, 26, Nov 2nd

Join us for a fun and interactive 4 week class while you learn all the basics for creating beautiful handknits.  This is not a project class but you will learn the knit stitch, purl stitch, simple cast-on, garter stitch, purl stitch, stockinette stitch, rib stitch, binding off, increase and decrease techniques. At the end of this class you will be able to knit a hat or a larger garment.

Sundays 10am-12pm

Supplies needed:

• One skein, light colored worsted weight yarn
• Pair of size 8 straight knitting needles (bamboo or metal recommended).
